Aiming at the problems existed in traditional hospital outpatient process，the paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward optimizing countermeasures，including register channel diversification，sub time slots for treatment，mobile online platform to pay the registration fee, "one to one" medical guiding system, developing medical service of grade one or two hospitals and community clinics, training for medical personnel, constructing the harmonious medical environment， so as to provide satisfactory service for the patients.
