The paper retrieves PubMed database to download papers related to translational medicine research between 2012 and 2014, selects the subject heading (Mesh) terms of high frequency(≥18) to form co-word matrix, transforms into dissimilarity matrix， summarizes the hot points of translational medicine research and puts forward advices.
