According to the practice of novelty assessment in the peak stage, an emergency work mode based on task distributary was established. The student assistant and project contact person are involved in novelty assessment work, the main contents and application effect are introduces. Practices show that this work mode could alleviate the work pressure in the peak stage, accelerate the process on the premise of ensuring the quality.
