The paper analyzes the topics of 463 graduation thesis from 2006 to 2014 for the major of information management and information system in Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from the aspects of topic domain, subjects， research methods and source changes, points out the existing problems and discusses the countermeasures.
