According to 3 dimentional model of evidence-based medicine information system, the paper establishes the framework of evidence-based medicine information system from 3 dimensions, life cycle, system model types, system model construction. It points out that the macro framework of evidence-based medicine information system is the basis for top design. The overall consideration for general structure and semantic expression of evidence-based medicine information model, generating general model of medical information will be a research direction and focus in medical information field.
