The paper briefly introduces the definition and classification of knowledge as well as the concept of knowledge management, analyzes the data composition and clinical knowledge composition of clinical data repository. Combining with current domestic medical informatization status, it elaborates the clinical knowledge management and evidence-based realization mechanism, summarizes the probable obstacles in clinical knowledge management.
