Based on analyzing the importance of appointment registration and the problems existing in current appointment registration service platform, the paper introduces the new appointment registration platform design and operation status in Suzhou health system from the aspects of design idea and architecture. The platform adopts SOA architecture and memory database operation mode, all the interfaces realizes real-time interaction. It ensures the platform running efficiently, improves the flexibility and extensibility, and meets further demands of the masses.
