There are some problems existed in traditional malaria information acquisition method, such as low efficiency, data standardization difficulty and a high error rate. According to these problmes, a dynamic malaria information acquisition system is established. Four sections including system architecture, functions design, website design and system workflow are described to explain how to design and realize this whole system. At the same time a comprehensive evaluation of practical usage and improvement ideas are put forward.
