The paper carries out investigation and analysis of the present status of hospital nursing staffs information knowledge in the form of a questionnaire, including the knowledge of both English and Chinese information accessing, influence factors of information accessing, knowledge of database and retrieval, so as to provide theoretical basis for carring out information literacy education for the nursing staffs.At last it puts forward some advices according to the existing problems.
