The paper introduces the connotation of medical big data as well as the influences to medical research, points out the necessity of big data research in medical field, summarizes the current research status, points out some existing problems, analyzes how medical big data applying in clinical medicine, including clinical diagnosis and pharmacodynamic analysis.
