Taking CNKI and SCI/SSCI from Web of Science as data sources, the paper analyzes the domestic and foreign literatures time distribution, journal distribution and research direction from the perspective of social networks, draws co-occurance network maps of high-frequency keywords, important authors and institutions. The results show that medical big data research has multidisciplinary collaborative development trend, but there are no key points, the cooperation and interaction among authors and institutions are not very well.
