The paper analyzes the current outpatient process and existing problems, puts forward the principles and strategies of optimizing process. Then it introduces the mobile payment technology to optimize all aspects of outpatient service process, including registration, inspection, results receivation, drug payment and receivation, which can not only improve the efficiency, but also can be compatible with the original process. Finally it expounds the development prospects of mobile payment in outpatient application.
