In order to discuss the function of performance evaluation for quality control of front sheet of electronic medical records, 3 600 front sheets from January to March in 2014 and 3 600 front sheets from April to June in 2014 are extracted randomly in Hebei People’s Hospital, their error rates are compared. The results show that the error rates of seven basic information and seven medical information in the front sheets decrease with statistical significance.
