The paper introduces the outpatient process of ID mode and medical card mode, points out the advantages of ID mode in basic information accuracy and completeness of information chain. Appliying ID management could guarantee the accuracy of patient information, prevent the dispersal of information, provide convenience for patients and improve the level of medical management.
