Through browsing the official websites and questionnaire investigation, the paper investigates the web service construction status of hospitals as well as patients' congnition status both in China and abroad. Taking Cancer Hospital Affiliated to SUN Yat-sen University as an example, it puts forward the idea of constructing Internet service operation center, constructs online patient service platform using mobile app and portal website, so as to improve hospital network service level.
