On the basis of introducing efficient utilization of network medical information resources, the paper proposes 4 green evaluation indexes: effectiveness, timeliness, storage space saving and reliability. The green evaluation model is constructed, the member constitution, duties and functions of various parties in the model is analyzed,providing a reference for evaluating and optimizing network medical information resources.
