The paper takes nearly 300 clinical doctors in 5 hospitals in Jining as the research objects. By questionnaire, it understands the dynamic factors, channels and obstacles for them to acquire professional information and their satisfaction, analyzes their information requirements and existing problems, and points out that libraries in medical colleges and universities should focus on the improvement of the authority, timeliness and comprehensive retrieval of professional information resources and provide local hospitals with services of the think tank.
