With Wenzhou City in Zhejiang as an example, the paper explores the pilot construction of the cloud-based regional health informatization project, analyzes its current situation in Wenzhou, and introduces standards for health information and key construction tasks such as the business process specifications, cloud computing infrastructure platform, etc. It aims to realize the collaboration of system businesses with the medical insurance, regional health information platform and so on, bring in social capital and promote the development of the health information service industry.
