Based on analyzing requirements of emergent medical health tasks in Chinese People's Armed Police Force (CAPF) and business requirements of medical health service departments, the paper proposes the construction goals and tasks of CAPF epidemic direct reporting system, explains the construction contents of the system, describes its five application modules respectively, namely the management of epidemic report cards, management of emergent events, automatic warming and management of infectious diseases, GIS display management and system management.
