Based on problems in the teaching practice of the Hospital Information System(HIS) course and combined with current situation of medical reform and discipline development, the paper makes a systematic description of the setting of course teaching objectives, construction of the curriculum system, teaching ways and methods, etc., so as to formulate unique professional features of this course and realize the sustainable development.
