Based on the remote video consultation system established in Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, the paper introduces the system's hardware equipment, structural design, development tools and key technologies, functions and communication process, explores the system's role in imaging diagnosis and analyzes the meaning of integrating remote consultation with medical imaging.
