In consideration of defects now existing in the network teaching resources management platform, the paper designs a new platform based on the Content Management System (CMS). This system consists of four modules, namely the user application, content management, module management and system management. Its library of teaching resources aims at co-construction and sharing and provides teachers and scholars with a platform for resources sharing and academic exchange.
