By searching SCI papers on aging diseases and tumors from 2000 to 2015, the paper counts the frequency of subject headings, captures those with a high frequency, generates a co-occurrence matrix and conducts cluster analysis. Through analysis of various literature contents, it obtains the research hotspots of this subject.
