Based on the elaborating the significance of informatization construction, the paper analyzes problems existing in the construction of Information Technology (IT) talent team in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and knowledge required. In combination with the work practice of constructing such a team in Jiangmen Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital for several years, it explores the training mode of IT personnel in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine.
