The paper analyzes defects existing in the scope and methods of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) external services, proposes constructing the framework and process of the EMR external service mode based on the Internet, and points out management measures and technical routes for the implementation of this mode. It aims to facilitate the external circulation and transmission of EMR and fully explore their value.
