The paper sets forth the relationship between the precision medicine and Subject discipline service, introduces the implementation of precision subject service from the aspects of service object division, service content positioning, service stage tracking and the precision requirements on subject librarian quality, analyzes the effects of precision discipline service, and indicates that precision discipline service can enhance the value of library and promote the benign interaction between subject librarians and users.
