The paper introduces the concept and significance of extended services provided by hospital libraries, as well as the practice of the library in Foshan Maternity and Child healthcare Hospital, including the space extension service, information service for patients and ancillary service for scientific researches. It aims to provide reference for peer libraries and promote the sustainable development of librariy services.
