Project-driven method is applied in the medical data mining teaching, the paper analyzes the significance of project-driven method, specifically introduces the teaching process from the aspects of data collection, cleansing and mining, to achieve the organic combination of theoretical teaching and practical training, create a new teaching method that takes students as theme, takes project as driving force and takes practical results as the examining goal.
