The paper introduces the connotation of flipped classroom model, analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the flipped classroom teaching of medical literature retrieval course. Before class, class, after class and course evaluation, It expounds the design ideas, and points out that teaching for promoiton of teaching effect and the existing problems in the process of implementing, aimed at promoting medical literature retrieval teaching reform,improving the quality of teaching.
