Based on situations in Henan Province, the paper analyzes necessity in the operation and maintenance management of the health information platform, designs a scheme for operation and maintenance with information technology, systemize the scope and contents of operation and maintenance and adjusts the organizational structure. By use of scientific processes and tools, it aims to improve the operation and maintenance management of health information.
