By using ASP technology and SQL database and connecting several dispersed software platforms, the paper protects information security by means of security technologies such as gatekeeper, identity authentication, VPN authorization, etc. It designs a technological service platform for clinical tumors, which integrates functions of patient services, tumor prevention, out-of-hospital visit, continuing education, etc.
