The paper discusses prevailing three kinds of network information communication tools-blog, microblog and WeChat. It compares and analyzes their roles in the development of hospital libraries and their features. Then, it points out that hospital libraries should render services related to these communication tools based on their own needs so as to build interaction and communication platforms for users and enhance the service quality.
