In order to better cultivate the innovative ability of students specializing in medical information, the paper proposes the "241" training model, namely "two integration, four steps and one assessment". It aims to improve the innovative ability of students specializing in medical information from aspects of the teaching philosophy, teaching contents and comprehensive assessment and to provide more interdisciplinary talents for the society.
