By understanding the use of health information in online Q&A communities, the paper studies users' demands for health information and their motivations for searching health information via online Q&A communities, and indicates that network Q&A communities are an important way for uses to obtain health information. Based on the analysis result, it proposes the suggestion for the construction of online Q&A communities in China.
