The paper analyzes the sources of public health information in the age of "Internet+", including the professional channels, networks and big data mining and acquisition, and introduces the general model for the management of the decision-making analysis system of public health information and proposes its challenges,namely, unkown expansion, the weakness of small and medium-sized scientific research institutes, the application of data mining.
