The paper analyzes the application of Electronic Medical Records(EMR) and the significance of quality control, and constructs a quality control management system for hospital EMR, including four modules of basic quality control, process quality control, terminal quality control and quality control feedback. It aims to further improve the efficiency and effect of quality control of EMR.
