In order to strengthen the practical and operational ability of students majoring in information management and information system in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, in consideration of problems existing currently, the paper makes deep-level reform and study of the practical teaching system and constructs a teaching system based on the system of practical teaching contents and supported by the systems of practice teaching methods and resources guarantee.
