The paper analyzes the current construction status of the Hospital Information System(HIS) and problems existing in the application of traditional data resources, and constructs the hospital decision support system based on Business Intelligence(BI).It introduces the system architecture and the data warehouse model,describes difficulties in system application and the countermeasures,and provides support for scientific management and decision-making in hospitals.
