The paper investigates the actual demands of private medical institutions for informatization, develops an outpatient doctor workstation system which meets the actual business requirements of private medical institutions and has the collaborative function of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and introduces the system architecture and functional modules. This system is simple and intelligent and will contribute to further improvement of doctors' work efficiency and medical service ability.
