The paper introduces WHO Western Pacific Region Index Medicus (WPRIM), current ways of data collection by WPRIM and existing problems. Based on questionnaires, it analyzes Chinese journals in WPRIM from the perspective of the data submission ability of journals, inclined submission ways and work suggestions. Also, it discusses problems reflected by the survey results, including the improvement of survey methods, data completeness of WPRIM and data submission ability of the editorial department, and the promotion of WPRIM publicity.
