Terminology standardization construction is the basis resource knowledge organization and service.In order to fully under-stand the construction and development status of foreign terminology service system, the paper investigates the foreign representative 29 term service systems. It analyzes those systems from the view of building institutions, types and object-oriented, service content,service methods and content organization. Finally it summarizes the foreign terminology development and proposes revelation for domestic term service.
