The paper designs a medical resources allocation system for public health emergencies. It introduces the overall thought of system design, architecture, database management platform, software development platform, structure and process design, and explains functions of the system. This system is scientific and feasible and can reduce hazards caused by public health emergencies to people's health and life safety.
