The paper investigates the current status of informatization construction in scientific research management in medical institutions, makes the demand analysis by questionnaires, introduces and builds a set of information system for hospital scientific research management based on the mixed mode of B/S and C/S. Also, it introduces main functions of the system and its operation and summarizes its improvement direction.
