Taking Xuzhou as an example, the paper introduces the selection of platform technology, system functions and logical structure, and constructs a management platform for residents' Electronic Health Records(EHR).This system can realize the management,inquiry and statistics of residents' health information.Moreover,it can realize the exchange of residents' health information with authorized medical information systems via Web services.
