The paper establishes a knowledge discovery model based on medium-frequency words-MeJo Model. Taking literatures on streptococcus pneumonia as the object, it applies this model in the mining of potential drug for pathogenic microorganisms. As indicated by the result, MeJo model can be used to mine potential drug for pathogenic microorganisms. Thus, it provides reference for medical research and disease prevention and treatment.
