According to the actual situations of the Third Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University and its branches, the paper analyzes the foundation for group-oriented hospital management, and proposes a plan for the construction of group-oriented Hospital Information System(HIS) based on Ensemble data integration platform. The informatization construction based on this platform is applicable for the operating mode of group-oriented hospitals and can lay a solid foundation for the information development of such hospitals.
