The paper develops a mobile nursing application system based on the O2O mode for families of old people, chronic patients and patients needing post-discharge nursing for delayed recovery. It introduces the design of this system from its background, modules and system structure and explains its implementation from aspects of the nursing personnel, users and customer service management. This mode can improve the effective allocation of medical resources and the service level.
