The paper introduces the construction background, process and application of the patient transfer platform of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, and explains its implementation effects. The construction of this platform and the optimization of the transfer process have significantly improved the operating efficiency of surgeries, clarified the responsibilities and reduced the staff equipped.
