Taking the medical digital library in Pudong New Area as an example, by analysis of operating data in user logs of the platform in 2014-2015 and online questionnaires, the paper gets to know the utilization status of this library and behavior features of its users and makes testable evaluation from the perspective of users. It provides the basis for further strengthening the construction of regional medical digital libraries, improving the efficiency of resourcs utilization, enhancing service functions and expanding service fields.
