Taking the Capital Medical University as an example, the paper introduces the practice on co-construction and sharing of digital document resources in medical colleges and universities and their affiliated hospitals in the information-based and network-based background, including the operating mechanism, purchasing process, purchasing contents, effects achieved, existing problems and reflection and outlook on the future.
